BudgetPilot.com Pilot Shop - Return Policy
Here at BudgetPilot.com discount pilot shop we want you to be very satisfied with your purchase(s). If for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact us and let us know how we may serve you. If you need to return an item for refund or exchange, please be aware of the following Return Policy:
- Software, including CD-ROM's, Audio CD's, VHS Video Tapes, and DVD's are non-refundable, and can only be returned if defective.
- Electronic Items, including Avionics, Radio Transcievers/Recievers, Computer/Flight Sim Hardware, Intercoms, Headsets, and GPS Units are returnable within 30 days of the purchase date, and will be subject to a 25% restocking fee if opened and not defective. Unopened electronics may be returned for a full electronic gift certificate to the value of the purchase. Defective items may be refunded or exchanged without restocking fee.
- All other items may be returned within 30 day from the date of purchase for an electronic gift certificate to the value of the purchase.
- All returned merchandise must include original packaging, all accessories and documentation, and in new condition.
- Shipping and Handling charges are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for shipping and insurance of all returns.
- All returns must be accompanied by a Return Authorization Number (RMA). Please contact us for the RMA number and return instructions as soon as you know you need to return an item. RMA numbers are valid for 7 days from the date of issue. Please mark this number on the shipping package and not on the actual product.
- BudgetPilot.com will do its best to provide its customers assistance with returning items to the original manufacturer for warranty repairs or replacement. However, BudgetPilot.com makes no guarantees and provides no warranties beyond this stated policy.
