Flat/Best Rate Shipping
Flat rate or best rate shipping only applies to the continental United States. Flat or best rate shipping has a lower priority than orders with regular or expedited shipping, and may take longer to arrive at its destination. If the date of your order arrival is not critical flat/best rate shipping is a good option to save money.
Do you ship internationally?
We will ship to almost anywhere... as long as UPS or US Postal Service will deliver it to you, we will sell and ship it to you. If you reside in Yugoslavia, Nigeria, Macedonia, Ukraine, Lebanon, Lithuania, Romania, Indonesia, Egypt, Turkey, Pakistan, Malaysia, Singapore or Israel we only accept orders via sales@budgetpilot.com and payment via iKobo.com. All other countries can pay online using a credit card. Flat rate or best rate shipping only applies to the continental United States. Please note for International orders, there may be an additional lead time if any of the items being ordered are stocked with our distributor and not in our warehouse, as they must be shipped to us before they can be exported.
Can I select which company ships my items?
To obtain the best price and reduce operating costs we have selected UPS as the shipping company. From time to time, we may need to use other carriers, and reserve the right to do so as necessary.
Will the items come in separate boxes?
Certain items will be shipped directly from the manufacturer. We will attempt to ship your order in one package, however this may not always be possible. In the event your order ships from our warehouse and the manufacturer, you will recieve more than one package and they may arrive on separate dates.
Do I have to pay state sales tax?
All Ohio, California and Washington state residents must pay sales tax for their county. You are responsible for reporting and paying applicable sales tax for the state your are in; consult your local sales/use taxes for your county.
Do you sell any products not listed on your web site?
We are constantly adding new product lines to our web site, but if you cannot find what you are looking for, please contact us, and we will do our best to provide you with those product(s).
Do you accept COD or Purchase Orders?
We only accept COD or Purchase Orders for Military, Government, and Commercial customers. Request For Quote (RFQ) can be emailed to sales@budgetpilot.com be sure to include the item(s) and quantity.
